Cocolife, the leading Filipino-owned stock life insurance company, recently conducted the ‘Social Spark: Facebook and Tiktok Recruitment and Selling Opportunities Training and Workshop’ at the Baguio and Dagupan agency branches. Bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together, the event gave the sales teams from Baguio and Dagupan a space to learn, connect, and envision new possibilities for career growth.
The workshop was spearheaded by the Marketing and Research Department, with Ms. Adie May Sasot and Mr. Mark Louie Cañaveral leading the discussion. Beyond understanding the potential of TikTok and Facebook, participants put their learning into action through hands-on activities. The workshops allowed them to experiment with platform features and develop practical ways to communicate career opportunities and financial advocacy by means of social media.
