As part of Cocolife’s commitment to youth development and community development, the company’s CSR arm, Cocolife Foundation, undertook a meaningful initiative for HERO Foundation and the Little Sisters of the Abandoned Elderly led by its fitness and wellness ambassador Ret. Col. Ariel Querubin.
The HERO Foundation has been a pillar of support for the families of fallen soldiers since its inception in 1988. The day’s activities were led by Cocolife’s brand ambassador, Col. Ariel Querubin, who shared inspiring stories with 22 HERO Foundation scholars—children or siblings of fallen soldiers.
During the gift-giving ceremony, Col. Querubin together with Cocolife representatives presented Cocolife Care Kits and Personal Accident Insurance policies to each of these 22 scholars. This support provided practical benefits and also conveyed a message of care and solidarity with the families of fallen heroes.
The day continued with an enriching visit to the Little Sisters of the Abandoned Elderly, where Cocolife employees and Col. Querubin brought joy to the 77 elderly residents. The team distributed essential items such as groceries, toiletries, food packs, and rice. Each resident received a personalized Cocolife Care Kit, enhancing the day’s festive spirit. Cocolife also supported the home’s livelihood efforts by purchasing handmade Christmas angels crafted by the residents.
This initiative exemplifies Cocolife’s commitment in improving the lives of Filipinos in need underscoring that true corporate responsibility extends beyond business, touching lives with love and kindness.
