Eric Gener of the SM Calamba branch earned the IMA Silver Award for his leadership—additionally, Karen Cenia of SM Sta. Rosa branch, Jesusito Quevada of the Salcedo branch, Bernardo Abril of the Tarlac branch, and Marco Soliman of the Legazpi branch were each awarded the IMA Bronze for their notable contributions.

Shirley Loterte of the Robinsons Galleria branch received the FLA Gold Award for her outstanding work, while Mariel Imus of the SM Calamba branch, Arwin Ocampo of the SM Clark branch, Erwin Ardoña of the SM Daet branch, and Ana Liza Ducosin of Security Bank Centre were also recognized with the FLA Silver for their leadership. Ryan Dela Cruz of SM Sta. Rosa branch and Maria Elisa Quevada of the Salcedo branch received the FLA Bronze Awards for their notable contributions.
