Cocolife Healthcare Champions Customer-Centered Innovation and Service Excellence

Cocolife Healthcare continues to champion healthcare service excellence in the Philippines, earning international awards for its outstanding customer service and innovation.

This 2025, Cocolife Healthcare was recognized as the Customer-Centric Healthcare Provider Philippines by the Gazet International Magazine Awards, and Best Customer Service in Healthcare Provider Philippines by the Global Business and Finance Magazine Awards.

These awards highlight Cocolife Healthcare’s mission to deliver outstanding, customer-focused healthcare solutions built on trust, accessibility, and innovation. “At Cocolife, we believe that trust is built through consistent service excellence,” said Atty. Jose Martin Loon, President and CEO of Cocolife. “We take every opportunity to strengthen that trust by putting our clients first and continuously improving the way we care for them.”

Cocolife Healthcare made notable strides in customer service through digitalization. For instance, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system features a live chat function that connects members directly with customer service representatives for real-time assistance.

Cocolife Healthcare also introduced the Provider Approval Support System (PASS), a digital platform that empowers accredited providers to assist members in processing their healthcare approvals directly. This innovation reduces call and email traffic to the Healthcare Helpline, improving turnaround time and overall member experience.

The Cocolife Healthcare Mobile App was also enhanced to make medical access more seamless and convenient for members. Through the app, members can easily connect with accredited doctors and facilities, verify coverage, process Letter of Authorization (e-LOA), view their virtual health card, and explore other helpful features all through their smartphones.
