As per PhilHealth the following application systems are back on-line (as of 9:00 PM, October 3, 2023):

2. Member Portal *
Through their respective accounts, members can perform the following in Member Portal: view membership details and contribution history; pay contributions; download and print Member Data Record (MDR); and view list, choose and register to the Konsulta Package Provider of their choice.
3. eClaims*
Enables accredited health facilities to transmit their claims electronically to PhilHealth.
4. HCI Portal
Enables health facilities to easily establish a member’s or their dependent’s eligibility to avail of the benefits, making benefit availment by the members hassle-free at the point of care through reduced documentary requirements.
5. Electronic Premium Remittance System (EPRS)
Used by employers in the government and private sector to remit and report the premium contributions of their employees together with their counterpart/share online.
6. ePAR (electronic PhilHealth Acknowledgment Receipt)
A system being used by PhilHealth and its accredited Collecting Agents for online transactions, replacing the manual issuance of official receipts.
